Our policy is to provide the best possible service at competitive prices. Our bulk refilling and distribution depot is based at 15 Suzuka Road, Westmead (031 7003006) and is open for business from 7:30am to 4:30pm weekdays. Our retail outlets are located at Shop 28, Pinewalk Centre, Kings Road, Pinetown (031 7027691) and Shop L10 Lower level Arbor Crossing, Umbogintwini (031 9045058) . Both stores are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm weekdays, and on Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm.

We provide an efficient same day delivery service for orders placed before 12:00 pm, however, we guarantee a maximum of 3 hours response time to any special request for urgent supply or services.

We stock a wide range of appliances: from gas burners, stoves and hobs, to extractors, heaters, fireplaces and gas assorted equipment. In addition we offer Technical Data /Maintenance and Service to most gas appliances.

In some gas installations, the gas cylinders do not empty completely for a variety of reasons. This can amount to quite a substantial amount of money over the year. To ensure that our customers are not paying for gas they don't use, we test weigh the returned cylinders on the first two or three deliveries and attend to any problems FREE of charge. We also offer a cylinder weighing facility on all our trucks so that customers can check the gas delivered – on site.

In terms of the new legislation only qualified Gas Installers are permitted to work on gas installations or fit gas manifolds. Our technicians have SAQCC qualifications and all our installations are done to the highest safety standards.
